TIMBERSCOPE
About Timberscope
At Timberscope, our mission is to provide ethical and effective vertebrate feral animal control solutions while preserving and protecting our native wildlife and environment.
Based on the Mornington Peninsula, we are dedicated to creating a safer and more sustainable ecosystem across Southeast Victoria and throughout Australia. Our experience spans all terrains, including deserts, bushland, rainforests, and beaches.
An invasive species management business operating for over 15 years, Timberscope provides rigorous and targeted services to reduce impacts on agricultural and biodiversity communities as well as commercial infrastructure.
ABOUT US
Creating Safe Havens for Endangered Animals
Timberscope has implemented successful solutions across south-east Victoria reducing the impact of red fox, feral cats, deer, feral goats, feral pigs and European rabbit populations as well as delivering effective solutions in Gippsland and Northern Australia and contributed advice on effective feral cat trapping nationally.
We are dedicated to creating safe havens for endangered animals through the strategic establishment of predator-free environments, particularly on islands, where invasive vertebrate pests pose significant threats to vulnerable species. By eradicating invasive pests such as rodents, feral cats, foxes and other harmful species, these islands are transformed into protected refuges that allow native wildlife to recover and thrive without the constant pressure of predation or competition. We employ meticulous planning and execution through a solutions-focused approach, utilising the latest humane and effective pest control methods, while ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding ecosystem. Through the provision of these safe havens, Timberscope supports the regeneration of biodiversity and the long-term survival of endangered species.
Timberscope is a proud First Nations majority owned business certified by Kinaway and Supply Nation.
